How to remove logo and icon from wordpress admin ?

after the complete installation and configuration of wordpress with theme we find difficult to remove the logo from admin panel of wordpress and in admin area there are wordpress icon and dashboard but to remove these all we can just add a plugin to it and remove all unwanted logo and links

search the plugin and install it .then configure the plugin , add logo and icon to replace the WordPress logo and icon.
